What I’ve learned: Jetlag is bad, but makes you see sunrises. Forming a list of something is less helpful then I want it to be. Maybe it depends on the “something”, though. Just because you do something, doesn’t need you’ll remember it. Think grocery shopping. It needs to be novel and relevant (what else?) Stress decreases your curiosity. Loud heaters (which force you to use ear plugs) can make a hotel room feel less like a home.
