Pretty good day! I flew from Vancouver to New York JFK on something that they call “Red Eye Flight”. Because you will have red eyes after this 5.5h flight that starts at 10pm and arrives at 6am.

And then, after a mini flight from JFK to DC I was back at my flat, napping for another hour before going to work. Where I then decided to change my shell language from bash to zsh. Which took some time, because first I thought I had installed zsh, but had not, and then I needed to figure out how to get my bash profile configs to work in zsh as well. But now I’m the proud owner of a even better terminal.

Besides that, I tried csvkit, scraped and analyzed some more data for a potential story and got a script that lets me run all my common git commands on one line, not four. YEAH.

The Ukrainian language has eight cases.

“Mental Maps” is the term I’ve been looking for for days. Thanks, Livia’s book!

What’s so awesome about zsh besides plug-ins and themes and looking for stuff in subdirectories?
