A collection of Data Vis Style Guides
Today I helped two coworkers with their blog posts – they have nothing to do with color but I’m still very much looking forward to see them published.
Besides that, I continued with my style guide blog post. And I looked at a looot of style guides. There’s this list of style guides that include data visualization guidelines that Jon Schwabish put together; and this Google Spreadsheet that also collects a few of them…but I thought: There must be more.
So I went on a quest to find them. And I failed. I looked at 80-page style guides with no mention of data visualizations. I looked at style guides from government organizations that create a a lot of charts with no mention of data visualizations.
Oh well, I tried.
