Only two more days until I move to Weimar. Only eleven more days until my Master’s Thesis Working Time officially begins.
I’m getting ready to design my first magazine (well, the first in 2014 at least). And as the great Müller-Brockmann (quoted by the not-so-great Smashing Magazine) told us:
“Designing Grid Systems in Graphic Design: 1. figure out the page size, 2. divide it into a grid, 3. start designing.“
So I’m doing this: figuring out the page size (or, let’s say, having a look which sizes other magazines are using) (yes, I do notice that I’m always coming back to the same magazines).
