Ladies and Gentlemen, I proudly present: The results of my third day of working my second magazine. Well, third “half-of-a-day” day of actually designing in InDesign.
I had a few ideas that I want to elaborate on:
I like it. I see how I’m improving every day, and I really like the concept here. I underestimated how important it is for such a reduced magazine to have a stringent concept; to establish rules and to follow them - but that’s also a part of the process I quite like. The devil is definitely in the detail, though. When I made a decision in my last magazine, I made it for one spread. When I’m making a decision in this issue, it’s for the whole magazine.
