Hi! You might know me from The Magazine Design Project, which happened RIGHT HERE on this blog, one and a half year ago. A lot happened since then. I created a new blog, which is filled with the best of The Magazine Design Project and with some new stuff.

So….wait, Lisa, why are you not writing on your new blog? What are you doing here? Good question. Well, I happened to feel some pressure. My “real” blog is sacred. It’s for the really good stuff. It’s my collection of “the best of Lisa”. So I was missing some place to….experiment. To write often, maybe daily. To not spell-check (sory, guy’s). To write more for me than for the others. And that’s where this old place came in handy.

What’s the consequences I hope for? To publish more often. To not feel the pressure to refine a point, but just to put it out there. And maybe, even, to realise at some point, that I can do the experiments in my “real” blog, too. Because, let’s be honest here, two blogs kind of suck.

But here I am! And what can you expect? Blog posts, often. Documentation of my process. Self-reflection. Visual experiments. Stuff that’s pretty and pointless. Stuff that’s not pretty, but makes a point. Or at least tries to. That’s what this blog is for: Trials. Welcome!
