Today I didn’t do anything obvious for the book. Instead helped coworkers to get stuff done (something I do a lot these days) and prepared the announcement blog post for tomorrow’s announcement of the next Data Vis Book Club reading. (No surprises here.)

I did think more about the survey results, and pondered about them. (Also because I like the word “ponder” so much.)

And I started reading Colin Ware’s “Visual Thinking for Information Design”. I got the feeling it’ll be useful in my quest to write a good book.

Quote of the day: “We see very little at any given instant” – Colin Ware.

Open question: How will I deal with the book-writing process on days when I have other things to do, too?
