Today was the last day that I worked on the section on accessibility! 🎉 I finally finished* it. And I haven’t really dared to look at the structure again, but instead immediately jumped into the next section, on beautiful colors. It will be like this blog post here, but with a few new insights and a bit more science.
For the science, I did some more paper-reading and especially paper re-reading today (among others by the great Karen Schloss!), on which colors and color combinations people like. That was fun and I made good progress.
Besides that, I did the usual things in my job as head of communications at Datawrapper: I gave feedback, answered questions, discussed with coworkers, made sure that stuff will get out when it’s supposed to get out… and, this was also fun, even researched a little bit for a potential little Weekly Chart in June.
